Our story begins
With Basitex, an idea conceived by Giovanni Basi. Right from the start, the core essence of our work was to offer our customers a wide choice of towel fabrics made from superior quality cotton. Basitex worked mainly as an outsourced third-party manufacturer, focusing on guaranteeing efficiency and productivity.
2007
Innovating tradition
As suppliers of other woven products in the past, we had the opportunity to gain experience in different projects and to satisfy the widest range of demands. We drew on these skills to reinvent the company and project it towards the future: with almost half a century of experience in hand and an eye for new ideas and production processes, Basi.Innovation took over from Basitex. To offer our customers increasingly valuable and long-lasting products.
2010
A bespoke product
Paying attention to specific market demands, we decided to push the boundaries further with a second major business innovation and to add a finishing line to the production of raw fabrics, in order to directly monitor all the enhancing phases and to guarantee customers a final product that is the true expression of what they had envisaged.
